How do I register for the Spooks online store?

We are pleased that you want to register in our shop. There are only a few short steps for the opening of your account. Please click at the top right of the page on "register" or by clicking here.

Through the link will take you to our entry form in what you please fill in the requested customer information. Then you must set a password for your account to log in on subsequent orders easily again.

Is there a direct contact with Spooks?

The SPOOKS online store is available: 24/7! , 365 days a year. Shopping your favorite collection highlights whenever you want!
If you need a personal contact the SPOOKS office is available weekdays between 09.00 - 17.00 clock. During this time you are able to contact us by calling the SPOOKS-hotline 0049-2202- 294 11 20, or contact us via E-Mail: info@spooks.de.

In which countries will be delivered?

At present, we ship worldwide.


How much does shipping cost?

Private customers in Germany pay € 6.90 postage for orders within Germany. Returns must be prepaid. Not prepaid packages will not be accepted.

For VIP customers the shipment is in principle free shipping.

Dealers pay a delivery charge of € 10,90 (incl. VAT) up to 4 kg for a shipment within Germany. In this way the costs for postage and packaging will be partially covered, the rest is Spooks.

Deliveries to Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, etc. can only be charged after the order. The shipping costs are here € 17, - up to 4 kg. You will recieve a seperate E-Mail about the deliverycosts for your order.
The shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland is about € 30.00 for a delivery up to 5kg.

Dealers in the EU have to pay for the delivery the following prices:
Delivery up to 5 kg: 17,00 €
Delivery up to 10 kg: 22,00 €
Delivery up to 20 kg: 32,00 €
For a Delivery with a weight over 20 kg the costs are added up in accordance

Dealers outside the EU need to organize the removal of the goods themselves through a self-selected delivery company. The cost of transportation have to be paid by the customer. For the export there have to be created a customs document, this is compensated by a customs fee. This is calculated on the invoice of ordered items.

If we cannot deliver an article, you will be notified by e-mail or by telephone.


When will I receive my order / how long does delivery take?

A quick delivery of the ordered items is important for us. Therefore, you will receive your order within the rules in about 2-3 days after ordering (this statement is referring to private costumers in Germany and costumers from the EU, the organization of an export might take more time because of the costume). Different delivery times are listed in the product details and shown within your order.


What happens when the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful?

For all Costumers in Germany and the EU:
UPS takes on consecutive working days up to three delivery attempts. If the driver does not reaches you, he leaves a notification card. On this you will also find once again the UPS hotline (ct 01 805 882 663 (14 / min from a German landline network, mobile ct up to 42 / min) over which you as the delivery address change again, or to arrange a new delivery deadline.


What payment options are there in the shop?

We offer in our shop all major payment methods:

  • Payment on Advance
  • PayPal (this option is just for private costumers in Germany)
  • Credit card (this option is just for private costumers all over the world)

The range of payment options will depend on your customer status (new customer, dealer or VIP).


Payment on advance

If you have decided on the transfer on advance, your ordered items will be shipped immediately after we recieved your payment. The amount must be paid to the following account:

Payment by PayPal

This option is just for private costumers in Germany:

When paying by PayPal you will be directed to Spooks.de on https://www.paypal-deutschland.de. There you will be prompted to log in to your PayPal password to. The data of your order and the invoice total will be automatically entered for your confirmation directly debited from your account. Is there a minimum order?

As a private customer, you can shop without any minimum order value. Dealer customers are tied to a minimum order value. Detailed information can be found here.


How do I know if an item is still available?

All the products you get shown on www.spooks.de are also available.
If a device is currently in your desired size is unavailable, you can make a note about this product. You will be notified by E-mail as soon as it becomes available. Simply click on the appropriate size. Then Himself opens another window where you can make the necessary information.


How can I view my previous orders?

On "My Account" you can view each time your order: Log on with your user name and password and select in the order summary in the appropriate order.


How do I change / cancel my already placed order?

A quick delivery of orders is an obvious concern of Spooks. Therefore, unfortunately, already received orders may be amended or canceled only within a very short period of time before our warehouse system detects this and sends.

If you notice immediately after your order that you want to change anything else (eg, color or number), please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We try in this case, to realize the correct order for you.
